At Boost Your Body Wellness, my mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and achieve sustainable, long-term wellness. I am dedicated to providing personalized nutrition strategies, rooted in macro tracking, that support fat loss, muscle gain, and overall vitality.

My journey with my weight and body image issues has been a lifelong struggle. Growing up, I battled an eating disorder and Body Dysmorphia Disorder, constantly at odds with how I saw myself in the mirror. In an attempt to avoid gaining weight, I tried everything: diets, weight loss pills, workout programs—you name it, I did it. But instead of helping myself, I ended up causing more harm. I became fixated on burning off every calorie I consumed, driven by the belief that this was the only way to achieve my goals. Despite all my efforts, nothing ever seemed to stick. I would lose weight, only to gain it back—and more—in just a few months.
It was an exhausting and disheartening cycle.
Everything changed in 2020 when I found my macro nutrition coach. She introduced me to the concept of tracking macros and taught me how to truly nourish my body. It wasn’t about deprivation or chasing the latest fad diet—it was about giving my body what it needed and staying consistent. For the first time, I felt empowered by my nutrition choices, and it transformed
not only my body but also my mindset.
Now, I know that nutrition is vital, and food is not the enemy. When you learn how to fuel your body properly, it will reward you with strength, energy, and resilience. I’m deeply grateful to have found a sustainable approach that works for me and countless others, and I’m passionate about sharing this knowledge to help others break free from the cycle and embrace a healthier, happier life.
